Hello and welcome!

I am Christine and I am both an Acupuncturist and a Chinese Herbal Medicine Practitioner. I am passionate about helping people from all walks of life, from toddlers to older adults and everything in between.

I use a Japanese style of Acupuncture (kiiko) which is very gentle, yet powerful and I also incorporate Chinese Herbs into practice where indicated for the patient.

I enjoy supporting people with all differing types of imbalances and symptoms, however I have found I have gravitated toward fertility and preconception support, women’s health, pregnancy and postpartum support over the last few years.

I truly enjoy supporting patients no matter where they are at on their health and healing journey, whether that be a time of stress, burnout, anxiety, poor sleep or pain that may be inhibiting their quality of life.

I fell in love with Acupuncture over 15 years ago and the journey to become a health practitioner has been one of healing and continual personal and professional growth and development. I believe the body, mind and spirit have an incredible ability to achieve balance, healing and peace when given the right support and environment to do so.
